Wujiang District signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Jiaotong University. Yang Zhenbin and Li Ming attended the flight activities of Nebula GH SF Logistics Base.

On November 26th, the signing ceremony of the framework agreement for cooperation and co-construction between Shanghai Jiaotong University and Wujiang District People's Government of Suzhou was held in the District Convention Center. According to the agreement, the two sides will further expand Industry-University-Research's collaborative innovation, personnel training, exchanges and cooperation in the field of low-altitude aviation economy, and jointly build important innovation consortia such as "Suzhou Low-altitude Aircraft Research Center of Shanghai Jiaotong University" and "Low-altitude Visual Flight Map Research Center" to accelerate the development of new quality productivity in low-altitude economy. Yang Zhenbin, Party Secretary of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Ding Wenjiang, Academician of China Academy of Engineering, Zhang Di, Academician of China Academy of Sciences, and Li Ming, Vice Chairman of CPPCC, Secretary of District Committee and Secretary of Party Working Committee of Wujiang Development Zone, attended the event.

At the signing ceremony, Yang Zhenbin highly affirmed determination and layout of Wujiang District to develop low-altitude economy, and expressed high expectations for future cooperation between the two sides. He said that Wujiang District has a deep relationship with Shanghai Jiaotong University, and started cooperation with the school earlier and established close ties. Yang Jiachi, the founder of "Two Bombs and One Satellite" who was from Wujiang District, is also an outstanding alumnus of Shanghai Jiaotong University. His lofty demeanor and dedication still inspire Jiaotong University students to learn from reality and forge ahead courageously. At present, Shanghai Jiaotong University has taken low-altitude aviation economy as the construction direction of key disciplines, and strongly hopes that scientific research in colleges and universities can help deepen the integration of scientific and technological and industrial innovation, and promote low-altitude aviation economy into daily applications and life scenes. Next, the university will do a good job in the implementation of the cooperation content, promote the landing and transformation of relevant research results in combination with the needs of the industry and local demands, and work with Wujiang District to cultivate and expand the low-altitude economy and realize the sustainable development of school-land cooperation.

Li Ming said that Wujiang District is the pilot area of the province's future industrial agglomeration development, and also the pilot area of Suzhou's low-altitude economy. It has four billion-level industries, and the low-altitude aviation economy has been included in the "4+2+1" industrial system as an important development direction. At present, Wujiang District is grasping the strategic opportunity of integrating the Yangtze River Delta countries, making every effort to promote the construction of demonstration areas, speeding up the pace of integration with Shanghai, and developing low-altitude aviation economy has great potential and broad space. It is hoped that Shanghai Jiaotong University will give full play to its own advantages in science and education and talents, strengthen its innovative collaboration with Wujiang District, jointly grasp the development outlet of low-altitude aviation economy, and promote the benign interaction and effective output of school-ground cooperation.
